I know this post is a slight deviation from my regular posts. I spent a lot of time to find out this option and wanted to share it with others.
I use the online photo editing site www.picmonkey.com. It has a free as well as a paid version. As of now, I use the free version.
There are 2 ways we can add the watermark to the photos using picmonkey. Option 1 is explained in this tutorial. Option 2 is explained here if you need to re use the watermark.
Option 1 : This option can be used if we add the same watermarks less frequently
Go to www.picmonkey.com
Choose the “Edit” option.
Upload your photo. Choose the option “Text” from the side bar. Add a text box to the picture.
Type the watermark, change the color, fade, font. Move the text to the desired position in your picture.
Save the picture to your computer.
You are done!
As you see, the problem with this method is every time you need to create the watermark! It takes a lot of time to create the exact same watermark (You may notice the watermarks in my pictures are different). To eliminate this problem, we create the watermark only once and use it again & again in our pictures which is the option 2.
Option 2 is useful if we use the same watermark very frequently. Look out for option 2 in my next post.
